I'm proud of myself, I've achieved my goal, but there's literally nothing to celebrate.
I need to keep moving forward.
Just quit the gym for a while, going back to nostalgic calisthenics workouts. That's what my masculine core directs me towards—improving my movements and building core strength.
It's not optimal for building as much muscle as possible, but it will surely make me better at movements.

Being an ectomorph with a crazy metabolism and not so good muscle-building genetics especially in my lower body, I lose weight faster than a peregrine falcon.
Now is the right time to take action and prioritize this or I'll end up skinny again.
I love being hungry and fasted, my mind works 1,000 times better. But I have no choice, I'll have to endure that disgusting 3,000 calorie brain fog for a few more years before I finally reach my dream physique.
No matter how messed up things get, I have to keep moving forward.

Sunlight is the greatest gift of nature that you can experience.
Lack of sun exposure can cause so many mental health issues.

MENTAL HEALTH ISSUES
Give your best to sit in sunlight for at least 30 mins a day, without clothes and naked if possible.
This really helped me every time I got out of insomnia,
Yeah, sleep is something I always struggle with, and sunlight is something that has always improved the quality of my sleep.

I had 100 excuses for not shooting my first video.
The biggest excuses for me were:
I’ve lost significant weight.
I'm not looking good.
I can't train my abs and legs.
I'm not ready for it.
But I created that video anyway. Some people found it cringe and awkward.
But That cringe video is the reason why I have a hundred thousand men with me.
That video is the reason why I’ve been able to help so many men on their journey of self-improvement.
That cringe video changed my life.
I'm grateful for it.
Lesson for you guys:
Anything that comes to your mind, like : I'm not ready for it, It's not the right time, I'll do it tomorrow
