Today at 17:00 (EST) I'm uploading a video that I've been hiding from you since the SUMMER, because I was on Dutch TV! I joined a TV program called Sterren op het Doek and the episode aired last saturday december 6th. In this video I'm taking you through my painting process and what happened in the studio.

Hi lovely youtube you! If you saw my last video you know I made a yearly (birthday) calendar and released a few new print especially for december. These are all available to order UNTIL december 17th. After that I’m closing my shop for a bit and these items won’t be available anymore.

I’m packing up the first batch of orders today so I figured I’d let you know if you want it to arrive soon 💕

I’m shipping WORLDwide so that’s also the US with the tarrifs which are automatically added at checkout (it sucks but at least it’s visible).

A new video will be up on sunday 10:00! I know I'm super slow with videos at the moment, I kind of lost my jam with editing I think. I'd like my videos to be a bit more diary/documentary like, as if you're just in the studio with me and maybe a bit more 'mature' than some videos I've edited. Honestly, like slow tv haha.

It might seem like a minor difference but I did my best with this one! Hope you enjoy :-)

Hi there! Time flies when summer’s around and it’s resuted in not having a video ready at all for a few weeks, oops. It’s also because I’m focussing all my computer/editing-energy into my future online course that’s releasing in september: Painting Imaginary Friends! A +- 3H course that goes into painting with acrylics, what materials you do/don’t need, sketching witht timers and a whole erray of lessons on how to paint an imaginary portrait.

On february 23rd 2022 I posted my FIRST studio vlog here - and now it's more than three years later! For this special occasion I made a compilation video for you in which I put all the painting and drawing sequences I ever filmed in those three years. It turned into a 3H video - and to make it a little more interesting for you, I added commentary at the start of those painting sequences. Chatting about what I was working on at that time - oh and nails and hair styles.

I received the worst news last weekend: my dad passed away on march 1st at the age of 64. We knew he had heart problems since september, but believed he, at the least, had years left. It turned out to be just months.

I’ll be taking some time off to mourn and also to organize the piles of paperwork that have to be done.

I had my doubts to share this publicly, but it’s better than pretending to be fine. It’s all been pretty overwhelming.

I’m reading comments, but I’ll reply when I have more space. Same for my email - if it’s urgent feel free to remind me. Shop orders will be sent out, just a bit more slowly than usual.

I had a few almost finished videos left which I’ll share first when I get back to work. It’s weird but it’s also a shame to let those go to waste.
