Thought I'd give an update on this VOD upload progress!
According to my spreadsheet, I've now uploaded roughly 600 videos across 90 playthroughs. My playlist page is an absolute mess and likely impossible to navigate, but I've been good about updating my website to reflect what is currently uploaded and what is not. I urge you to use this page to help you navigate if you want to watch any of these runs: www.thesupersnes.tv/casual/
The Final Fantasy 3j Pixel Remaster solo single class challenge playthroughs will be getting their own page on my website with a more comprehensive overview of the challenge and each run, which is why they're absent from the Casual page for now. I'll be doing that, and returning to that challenge, soon.
There are just under 1000 more videos that haven't been uploaded, but most of those are random highlights. I'm actually probably a little past 50% for full VODs/playthroughs. If there are any there are not currently uploaded that any of you want me to prioritize, please let me know and I'll move it to the top of the queue! Otherwise I'm mostly randomly picking. One note is that Youtube has a 12 hour limit on uploads, so there are a few videos I can't currently upload in full (one Kirby stream, some of my longer BioCom/Batman Forever stream events, a few 7th Saga runs, etc). I'll likely split those into 2+ videos in the future, but right now I'm just letting them sit.
Thanks again for your patience, everybody! I had hoped that Twitch's VOD nightmare wouldn't take me a full year to straighten out, but here we are. Haha.
I don't know how these posts work, so hopefully it at least reaches some of you!
Back in February, Twitch put a cap of 100 hours on highlight storage for all users, and I had 6000 hours of highlights from old playthroughs, speedruns, events, noteworthy moments, etc. I've downloaded all of those and deleted them off of Twitch, and am slowly going through the process of reuploading them here. So as to not flood your subscription feeds with literally 1600 video uploads, I've decided to upload them unlisted and then add the videos to public playlists.
Only a few playlists are made right now (maybe 8 new ones?), but I'll be making more every day until they're all done. Eventually all of them will be linked on my website (www.thesupersnes.tv/casual/), but that is currently not updated because there's a lot more work to be done. For now you'll have to just check the playlists page manually to see if what you want is there. I might make a simple progress chart for that page on my website to track things a bit more transparently while all of this is still underway, but for now I haven't.
