From last 2 days having this Post Workout Diet due to CHHATH PUJA . 1. Two boiled Potato with a little salt. 2. Roti (Bread ) 2. Tried to do experiment for Mix Boiled Salad * Cabbage +Tomato + Spinach , take it accordingly as salad. * Boile it for 5-10 minute. * Add a little salt
Experiment , successful never thought this would be so tasty.
