I won’t accept that I was born into a world where a piece of paper is considered more valuable than my time and existence… (and yours too, btw).

Hell no, I’m not going to accept something that I truly believe can be changed!!

So yes, here you see me and the doggies getting ready to live in a tent! New adventures, and once again, I’m ready to break up with my fears ❤️‍🔥

We are not our emotions or attachment styles, they are here to guide and teach us.. I’m not only avoidance, I’m also secure.. I also had co dependence and anxious attachments before, one relationship was leading to the other, and I ended up avoidance.. but hey awareness is the key to understanding, understanding is the key to compassion, compassion is the key to healing ❤️‍🩹 we are stuck in this together, no one is perfect! And we are all doing our best from the tools we have been given through life, through experiences, through dynamics, traumas and patterns❤️‍🔥 love yourself have grace!

Breaking Toxic Patterns | A Personal Reflection

So… in this episode, I share my experience of facing a pattern that has been unconsciously influencing my most recent relationship.

There are always two sides to every story, and this isn’t about blaming myself for the entire dynamic. Looking back, there were needs on both sides that weren’t being met, and that also played a part in why the relationship became so toxic.

This period was incredibly challenging, but I gave myself permission to rest, slow down, and offer myself grace throughout the healing process.

It’s also really important for me to say that I believe we are all doing our best with the tools we have. This is not about blaming anyone else.. not my parents, not my past relationships, not myself, no one.

I think I had a good childhood in many ways, but I believe I was born into a world where my values didn’t align with the environment around me, and where some of my needs were neglected.

And I have a strong feeling that I’m not the only one who feels this way. 💙

These bois each represent a side of me.☯️

Spaghetti Boi represents my cheeky, silly little clown. He’s full of confidence, and every step he takes comes with a huge smile, ready for whatever life throws his way. He’s the party starter,, an anarchist at heart. He doesn’t always understand rules or personal boundaries, but he’s curious as fck and doing his best to keep self-control in that little energetic body of his. (Which might sometimes come out as frustration)

Ziggi Boi is loyal as fck. The spirits he chooses will have his back for life, and he’ll have theirs. He’s protective and will always make sure that he’s tribe is safe! He’s a sensitive boy and can sometimes lose himself in the crowd, (which can show up as insecurity.) He can be introverted and not always sure how to approach situations, but he always figures it out in the end. He’s intelligent and sometimes misunderstood.

They’re both strong-minded little bois, and they refuse to let their flaws control their lives. I see it every day in the effort they put into learning and growing.

We’re all learning and growing on this journey.
