Today was an incredible day as several of our men took the public step of baptism at River of Life Church!
Passing from death to life and burying the old man isn't just symbolic—it's a declaration of complete surrender and new life in Christ. Watching these men step out of the water with joy, conviction, and freedom is what this journey is all about.
A huge thank you to Pastor David Skinner and the entire River of Life Church family for opening your doors, loving our men, and stepping into the waters with us today. We are so grateful for your partnership, leadership, and heart for restoration in Abilene! 🙌

365 Days of Freedom. 365 Days of Restoration.
This weekend, we celebrated our September 2026 Nehemiah Abilene graduates—men who stepped through our doors broken, carrying the weight of addiction, trauma, and defeat, and are now walking out as restored men of God, fathers, brothers, and leaders.
Transformation doesn't happen overnight. It takes a commitment of tearing down old foundations, surrendering daily, and letting Christ rebuild what was once torn apart. To watch these men stand tall with their heads held high, completely set free, is a testament to the power of the Gospel.
To the families, friends, and brothers who filled the room to shower them with love, support, and tears of joy—thank you. Your prayers and presence mean more than words can say. You stood by them in the valley, and today, we celebrate the mountain top together.
The best is truly yet to come.

What is a "List Burn"?
It’s simple, but heavy: each man writes down the specific names, debts, wounds, and bitterness he’s been carrying—and then he tosses that paper into the fire. It’s a physical act of releasing unforgiveness. Holding onto those hurts never protects you; it only keeps you bound.
This morning, our men got raw and transparent. We chose to stop dragging the past into our present. As those pages turned to ashes, debts were canceled, grudges were surrendered, and real freedom took their place.
The list is burned. The slate is clean. We walk forward free in Christ.
