This season, may our giving be free, our receiving be light, and our hearts remain unburdened by expectations.

Hey beautiful souls, it’s Laina.
I’m finally back after six unexpected days of vertigo — and I want to share the profound gift that came with it.

While my body was spinning, A Course in Miracles kept reminding me:
I am not a body. I am free.

So instead of fighting the dizziness, I surrendered to the calm center within — the place where God’s laws, not the world’s chaos, govern everything.

And the most incredible thing happened…
The sensations began to feel like vibrational upgrades, like my whole system was being recalibrated into higher alignment.

I’ll be sharing more about this in today’s Practical Spirituality newsletter, and inside the Awareness Academy — because we are entering magnificent times, and the only way to feel them is from your inner stillness.

Remember: you are the center that doesn’t move.
From there, miracles are natural.

From grief to peace, from fear to love—this is my story. May it spark something sacred in you.

I wanted to share something personal that may resonate with your own journey.

My awakening began when my mother passed in 2002. What I expected to be grief became something far more terrifying—a deep fear that I was going to hell. That fear, born from Catholic conditioning, cracked me open. I started asking questions, reading everything I could find, and eventually—by grace—I found A Course in Miracles.

It didn’t just soothe my fear. It dissolved it.

I began to remember that I was never broken. I was never a sinner. I was simply misinformed.
And so began my return to Love.
