Dino Basciano who was a Lucchese and Gambino associate who later turn government witness passed away from cancer last year. He had been in the witness protection program and passed away in the Albuquerque suburb of Rio Rancho. Dino was the gunman in the attempted takedown of Pete Chiodo's sister Patricia Capozzalo. This was one of the most disturbing events in mob history as Women and Families are supposed to be protected but Gaspipe Casso was paranoid and wanted to get back at his former Caporegime Fat Pete Chiodo by going after his sister. She fortuntely survived the shooting. Dino was involved in all types of crimes including gun smuggling and helped supply guns during the Colombo war in the early 90s. He was from Red Hook / Carroll Gardens originally. He was 67 when he passed away.

Update: Yesterday Jeff Nadu of the Sitdown mentioned that Little Joe Perna who is allegedly with the Lucchese family jersey faction got pinched. I received some additional information which shows that more people are involved. The following were picked up yesterday:
Little Joe Perna
Joseph Perna and Anthony Perna (little Joe’s sons)
Michael Cetta
Dominique Perna (Son of Ralph who is a legitimate guy)
Nick Raimo (Former New Jersey wrestler)
They are being held in Essex County jail which is in Newark.
As of this moment I don’t have the reason they were picked up but hopefully we will hear something later today. We should also find out who will get bail.
This is a New case and Not linked to the other case that took place several months back. As soon as we know more, I will let you know.

Alleged Gambino Danny Fama indicted on Mortgage Fraud. This is more of a personal matter and not mob related from what I can tell.
Below is a summary of the charges:
On November 7, 2025, the Queens County District Attorney’s Office announced that three individuals—Daniel Fama (age 61), his wife Marjorie Fama (age 51), and Benedetto Cupo (age 66) — were indicted by a grand jury on multiple charges relating to mortgage fraud. The couple purchased a Staten Island home for $950,000 and then allegedly secured a $555,000 mortgage by submitting falsified employment and income documentation

Jeff Nadu is saying that Official Crypto Nostra (OCN) is a rug pull but there is a difference between low liquidity and a rug pull. I have nothing to do with this token but this is not a rug pull. I did an audit this evening out of curiosity and 99.99 % of OCN’s liquidity is permanently locked — meaning the LP tokens were burned to Solana’s null address.
No one, including the creators, can pull the liquidity or drain the pool. From a smart-contract standpoint, OCN’s liquidity is rock-solid; any price movement now depends purely on market demand, not insider control.
The problem with this token is low liquidity and number of holders ; not a rug pull. There is a high supply and low demand. No one person has more than about 1% of the supply. Most people assume that if the price of a token has lost a lot of value it is due to something illegal. I have a background in Finance and that’s why I had to react to that statement. Crypto is the future but it is so high risk, especially if it doesn’t have a lot of utility. I personally stay away from crypto except for high liquidty coins I.e. Bitcoin. Even Bitcoin is extremely volatile losing 20% off its high price in May or June. When you see an asset that has lost 99% of its value, it raises red flags but there are many reasons why the price action reacted the way it did, You have to read the contract and there are ways to look on the blockchain explorer regarding the contract. Less than 1% of crypto assets make any money. Just because you have a smart contract setup the right way doesn’t mean that it will be successful. I looked at the price action since its launch and it followed what 99% of the coins and tokens launched follow. It starts off with hype and you get nice gains for a few weeks until the hype for the coin dies down and then you see this gradual decline that is like a snowball going downhill. Within a few months of its all time high, it’s lost 99% of the value. This is more of the crypto market than this coin. You have hundreds of coins released every month and maybe 1 out of 1000 make it long term. Like I said personally, you have to be careful with any crypto investment. Rug pull implies illegal activity going on and I think you have to be careful throwing that around especially if you don’t understand the market.

Flipping Capo written by former supervising FBI agent Seamus McElearney is available online and in stores. Also, it is the number 1 Organized Crime book. We recently interviewed Agent McElearney who talked about how he and his team took down the Decavalacante Family. I highly recommend everybody check out his book. Here is the link on Amazon but you can also purchase on Barnes and Noble and all of the major book sellers.

I want to follow up from my video I did on John Pennisi of Sitdown News and Lou Ferrante. If you go to John’s Community tab you will see that Lou reached out to John and explained what happened and I see that John wished Lou the best and also John did a show about the latest developments on the two indictments. I spoke with Lou as well last night. Communication is always the best and I am glad it ended up positive. It’s a tough situation because these news broadcasters always embellish; same with the documentaries. Lou has a press kit and I know for a fact he never states he was a made guy. Everything Lou stated has been verified as well but for whatever reason the host said what they said. Anyway, I wish everybody a great day.
