Originally from Italy, Soul Button is a Berlin-based DJ and producer who has been a defining presence in the Melodic Techno scene since 2012. As the founder of three influential labels - Steyoyoke, Steyoyoke Black, and Inner Symphony - he is known for crafting emotive, introspective, and uplifting live performances. Over the years, he has shaped a distinct musical identity known as ‘Ethereal Techno’.
“Each unbuttoned button is a disclosed secret, a higher level of conscious intimacy. Each fastened button is a hard barrier, an insurmountable obstacle. According to that, the button becomes a symbol of communication.”

One night, I made this track and then completely forgot about it. A few weeks later, I played it to my friend Seismal D, and he immediately said, “This song is amazing. I can already hear the vocals that should go on top of it, and I know someone who could sing them.”
He shared the track with Lavie, and everything developed naturally from there. There was no plan or expectation, just a spontaneous connection between the music and her voice that became “Touched My Soul".
