The London Transport Droid

Hi,

Welcome to my You Tube channel, I have been interested in buses for as long as I can remember, growing up as I recall in Crystal Palce before moving to Abbey Wood, later on to Hounslow/Southall then up to Birmingham for a little while, now back down in London in East Ham.

On this channel I aim to cover a whole range of London Transport modes, such as the Tube, Overground, DLR, Trams and ofcourse the London Buses which this channel mostly focuses on.

In terms of the buses, I will try to film every main location with in London aswell as doing some one of trips to places such as Slough, Amersham/Chesham (Always a nice ride on the tube to the country side), Lakeside.

I will filming routes that change operator and have new buses.

I also like planes, so maybe a couple of videos a year at London City Airport and Heathrow.

If any one has any questions, locations in mind, feel free to comment.

Thanks for watching, enjoy.

Next Saturday will see Arriva’s Stamford Hill Garage re open with route 254 and 76, while its lease ends with Ash Grove.

Also to note, a new style duty card will also be introduced, moving away from the old LT style LSS style.

Arriva were the last operator in London to use the old style London Transport schedules software.
