我覺得店家的素質，不只是做菜好不好吃，人的部分也很重要
(特別說，都有對話紀錄)

下面是無誠信，或嚴重違反雙方同意的手冊的店家
我的簡介已說明，對於不良店家，不會客氣
你們讓我向公司請假卻讓我跟剪輯哥哥撲空
或者手冊明定，要配偶及員工友善，卻惡言惡行，還有騙我去消費等等

1、毀約店家
[110/8/24明湖海產]：8/21說要改期，9/13完全不讀，因為8/24我已經請假了，老闆也知情，改期原因說是員工要放假什麼的，後來還封鎖我，你為何不一開始就說好只給大頻道跟新聞拍攝，不給小頻道拍攝
[110/8/26關西仙草巷]：讓我請假過去，原本說好拍攝內容，老闆卻只想拍他想要的，後來一直藉故躲起來，讓我白跑一趟還花錢買食物
[110/10/30吉祥山水產]：已經跟老闆說好現場處理活物，我會將不適宜的部份去除，事前溝通好卻趁我們不在直接拿出冰過的，要我們買單，幾乎是全價，我們大老遠一趟，老闆娘因為家事及情緒問題一直說這邊不能拍、那邊不能拍，口氣非常惡劣，而且極難拍攝
[111/3/26桃園大陸妹共匪餅]：還沒拍攝就被氣回來了，到了現場，聯絡人在裡面喊說他很忙，連見個面都沒有，但其實沒在做事，現場應該都是親戚在處理，親戚一直不友善，也不讓我們進去拍，說他們很夯，很多人拍過，而且都是在外面拍，所以我們也不能進去，但根本沒生意，因為沒客人還一直炸導致後面產品過多，不可能再炸給我們看
[111/8/14錦興豆腐店]：清晨6點的拍攝，事前已溝通數次，準時到達後，老闆說他沒空，清晨6點，你會不會太過份了
[111/8/27城中老牌牛肉拉麵大王]：前一天男打來說不方便，在裝修、防X期間等，裝修跟防X期是這兩天的事嗎
[111/10/23常旺海鮮熱炒]：要我提早到，約定日前一天又說不用那麼早，結果我還是提早到，竟然已經把說好要拍攝的木瓜螺處理掉了。早就說好要拍龍蝦，當天竟然說沒講到要拍攝龍蝦?拿出對話訊息才承認，然後就改口說龍蝦太貴...又說小隻的看起來畫面不好，那你到底給不給拍?還有這個店家超沒禮貌，問我訂閱數為什麼那麼低...我想問你，難道你訂閱數有我高嗎，我YT跟FB頻道加起來的瀏覽量早就超過2000萬了，真是最沒禮貌的店家，從來沒人這麼問過，而且扭扭捏捏的完全不像老闆，也完全不聽我們任何建議，無法進行任何溝通


2、違反手冊店家
[111/5/1薪石窯]：無折扣，把我們當顧客，拿了我滿額的價錢(手冊有註明3-5折)，過程中雖然男有配合，但女一直臉色不悅
[111/6/26安拿朵利亞土耳其料理餐廳]：老闆土耳其人看不懂中文，老婆是台灣人也沒幫忙，後來我花時間翻譯成英文，老闆依舊完全沒看，拍攝過程中一直急躁說客人要到了讓我很緊張，後來還打我九折(手冊寫3-5折)，員工弟弟還說因為拍攝所以才打九折，算便宜了
[111/7/16許仔豬腳麵線]：先說，老闆非常親切可愛，對我們很好，但老闆爸，在我們剛到時，碎念個沒完沒了，還一直問要拍多久，後來老闆介紹產品時，老闆爸不顧他面子，直接大聲念他，說有客人他還在講話，完全不給老闆面子，也不給我們面子
[111/8/21荔茲櫻桃鴨]：一進去女態度極差，男OK，但女一直透過男來跟我對話，要求我們移包包、只能拿半鴨等等...談好內用開箱整隻鴨，一再更改，變成外帶半隻，而且拍攝過程中一直趕我們，說有客人，要移走包包還有很多雜話等等，我們在錄影中，你知道聲音全都錄嗎，難怪google評論一直提到店家態度，但說真的弟弟(兒子)個性很好很親切

This is the fourth time my video has been yellow-labeled...
I have always followed the rules of the community and did not deliberately scare the audience. Besides, my videos have also been well received by the audience. I will not maliciously make videos that violate the rules.
Orientals have a cherished attitude towards food, so we regard the heads of many animals as precious food and cook them. This is a cultural difference, not blasphemy. However, since youtube's rules are like this, I also hold a respectful attitude, so when making videos, I always cover the heads and wounds of animals.
Today I used youtube's editor to delete all the white chicken, leaving only the part about to be cooked, but youtube didn't let me remove the yellow flag.
I did the same with my pig roast video, but was still restricted from monetization. My reasonable guess is that even if I delete the movie to ten seconds remaining, it's still the limit.
Every time my channel is about to take off, I get yellow flags, videos with 1 million, 1.5 million, 700,000 views are suddenly yellowed. But when I uploaded the video, youtube didn't notify me that the video had any restrictions.
The yellow label is a great harm to me. I spend a lot of time on each video, looking for the store, communicating, driving, filming, editing, selecting the cover, and having the store review it (if the store owner wants to revise, it has to cost more. hours), thinking about headlines, replying to messages, sometimes my body gets sick from being overworked, etc. It takes at least 15 hours, sometimes more than 20 hours.
I made these videos with no malice in the slightest, why should I be treated like this?
I am so tired and want to cry.

這是我第四次影片被黃標...王家鋼管雞
我一直都遵守社群規則，並非刻意來驚嚇觀眾，況且我的影片也受到觀眾的好評，我不會惡意去製作違反規則的影片。
東方人對於食物本來就抱著珍惜的態度，所以很多動物的頭，我們也都當成珍貴的食物，並且烹飪它，這是文化上的差異，並不是褻瀆。可是，既然youtube的規則是這樣，我也是抱持著尊重的態度，所以製作視頻時，總是將動物的頭部及傷口遮住。
今天我使用youtube的編輯器，將所有白色的雞肉全都刪除了，剩下片段只有即將烤熟的部分，但是youtube並沒有讓我解除黃標。
這個做法我也對我的烤豬視頻做過，但依舊被限制營利。我合理地猜測，即使我將影片刪除到剩餘十秒鐘，依舊是限制。
每次我的頻道正準備要起飛，就黃標，100萬、150萬、70萬瀏覽量的影片，突然被黃。但當初我上傳影片時，youtube並沒有通知我，影片有任何限制。
黃標對我是種很大的傷害，我每個視頻，都是花費大量的時間，找店家、溝通、車程、拍攝、剪輯、選封面、讓店家審核(如果老闆想修改又是以小時起跳)、想標題上片、回留言，有時身體會疲勞過度而生病等等，時間最少最少都15小時起，有時用20小時都做不完
我精心地拍攝及剪輯，甚至影響到我的生活。而且我絲毫不帶著任何的惡意製作這些視頻。
想哭...好累...
