Hard define "Time-blocks" in the day: No matter what happens you sit down and study during that block. Even if it is for 1 hr you're good, as long as youre doing this every single day.
Environment: - no device - no internet - pick a quiet spot - be comfortable
(just lock-in for that hour/s)
Start with 1hr/day for first week, and gradually keep increasing the time blocks. 4hr/block is peak tbh.
Track your daily+weekly progress, you will be motivated to keep pushing. Good luck!
