I have loved rhythm since long before I could spell it! I took up drumming at age 10, and revelled making unusual items including cymbals, triangles, ratchets, drums, metal pipes and marimba(et.al.) sound entrancing and beautiful. My long, thoroughly enjoyable career doing just that, plus teaching hundreds of students around the world to perform similar feats of percussive magic were only the beginning in preparation for what I do today.
