Hi everyone!
Just wanted to give a little update and say my long form video uploads are a bit delayed right now (but still coming!) because I’ve been dealing with a pretty rough autoimmune flare lately.
I’m still training when I can, still creating, and I have more workout tutorials and videos on the way. I’m also working on getting online personal coaching started. So I’m really excited for what’s coming next, and I hope you are too!
I also just want to thank you all for being such a supportive community. The kindness, encouragement, and patience you show genuinely means the world to me. The calisthenics community truly is the best, and I remind myself every day how lucky and grateful I am to have your support. And I hope that in turn, I can help inspire, motivate, and support you.
I will also be sharing more about my own training and mobility routines as well as other hobbies that are still active but aren’t necessary calisthenics, since some of you have asked me about my daily routine. Look out for some cooking and baking videos too because that’s also a huge hobby of mine as well as meal inspiration ideas.
