Nature Photography Challenge

Apologies for the delay of our next video. We had a lovely time in the Blue Mountains but our trip back to Melbourne turned into quite the farce:

(1) dropped off the hire car in Sydney, got to the airport and realised we'd lost the GoPro. Luckily we had some time to spare so it was back to the hire car company & fortunately it was found in lost property!! Yay!!

(2) Arrived back in Melbourne & couldn't get our car out of the carpark because one man was having a big hissy fit, blocked the exit gate with his car & refused to pay for parking. Finally he reversed out of the way awaiting the Australian Federal Police to deal with it & we were finally off home! Yay again!!

(3) And finally.....somewhere along the line of our travels we came back with a rather nasty illness which has put us both out of action since we got home (and it was Nimal's birthday yesterday... BOOOOO!)

Anyway, sorry again for the delay! We'll be back again soon

I've been working on our next twitching video we did this summer. Some of you in Melbourne may have choofed on out to Ivanhoe golf course to see those big boofy baby Channel-billed Cuckoos who were being raised by a pair of (by this stage) very tired Ravens. Well, we did too & filmed it so we could make a video to show you coz they are amazing to see! Will be posted next week! (Pictured: juvenile Channel-billed Cuckoos being fed by Raven foster parent)
