FOUR INCHES doesn't sound big unless you're talking about freaking spiders.

Send Jesus.....it would be just my luck that the largest spider in Maryland is in my bedroom closest. Apparently this is a Dark Fishing Spider and they get to be 4 inches long. That's it we're moving.

Crazy thing is when I see these in my garden, I'm like okay the sun is down time for me to go and I call them the keepers of my garden since they eat the bugs and protect my plants while I sleep. But this right here naaaaaaah not gone be able to do it.

Wow this was our 1st New Year's Eve together 12/31/2012! We met online September 1, 2012 when I was practically bed ridden, laid up with a freshly broken leg from football, and finally met in person December 2012. This man knew more about my injury than I did. Our first date was a rehab session walking around the mall. I could not walk, nor did I think I'd ever be able to run again, let alone play football. Not only did he attend my rehab sessions, he helped nurse me back to health and I bounced back to a full 110% recovery and led my team to not 1 but 2 national women's pro football championships back to back! Join us in supporting our studio's fundraiser to revamp our dance floors! Tickets are $20 each and are played with the MD LOTTERY pick 3 evening drawing throughout the entire month of June. Only 1000 tickets will be sold, and each ticket has its own unique three-digit number.

Here's how it works:

If your three numbers on your ticket match the evening Maryland Lottery drawing, you win the prize shown on the ticket for that specific day. For example, if your ticket is numbered 334 and they draw that number, you could win up to $350!
The minimum prize is $100, and you can win more than once if your numbers are drawn.
There's a total of $5000 up for grabs, and winners will be selected every day throughout June!

With flag football now being an Olympic sport, so many people keep asking me if I'm dusting off my cleats and trying out again. I'm dusting off my cleats alright, but for a much greater purpose.

I'm so proud to say that we are building an incredible flag football program for girls in my hometown Charlottesville, Va, brought to you by HER Sports!

What better time than now to bring an Olympic development caliber level program to all of you small town girls with big dreams!

I'm so excited to be a part of this journey and looking forward to watching the girls of my home town put their name on the map and make their mark on this world!!

The league kicks off in the Spring, but next Saturday you will have an opportunity to get a head start! Come out and learn from some of the best and just have fun playing the game of football!!!

Omg my husband and I just tasted a flower that we got from a farm today called Spilanthes. My throat has been scratchy all day so I figured, why not. Holy shiznit....I'm so glad the camera was not rolling. Ole Mikey here with a stomach of steel did not even flinch, me on the other hand, tripped all the way down this crazy psychedelic journey. I feel bamboozled. The owner of the farm ate one and said "oh it's great for toothaches, it's an antihistamine, antiseptic, antibiotic Yada Yada yada...and it'll numb your mouth then might make you drool for a second." Well my experience with spilanthes was awful...at first it just tasted like a flower and after a few chews it tasted like a bomb blew up in my mouth of a vinegar and baking soda concoction. I swallowed it instead of spitting it out🤦🏾‍♀️ and then instantly felt like my throat was closing. I started gagging and spitting trying to get this invisible bomb out of my mouth that definitely seemed like a visible science fair project. Rinsed my mouth out with water repeatedly and was 2 seconds away from yelling "call 911" before the sensation subsided.

They say it enhances your taste buds but myyyyyyy gracious I'm scared to put anything in my mouth after that to find out. I'm definitely gonna plant the seeds. Might have to keep this on standby in case someone rubs me the wrong way lmao jk but seriously this plant has amazing benefits, if you can get past all that initial craziness! 5 min later my husband still is not phased.

And now that I think about it...my throat doesn't hurt anymore😯what the whaaaaaaat🧐 get you a Spilanthes!!! It's definitely an experience🤣🤣🤣
