Exciting new project upcoming! I've been looking at all of my cotton yarn bits and ends that have been left over from different projects and dreaming about a scrappy sweater and I'm finally doing it!

Few days ago Lydia Amartey-Williams released the "Interwoven sweater" and it immediately sparked an idea for me. The colourwork bands are perfect for using up smaller quantities of yarn that won't fit anywhere else and the DK weight that pattern calls for is perfect for holding 2 strands of fingering weight together. Plus the project will be perfect for showcasing my favourite colours - blue and orange.

I've also started recording an educational vlog (it's totally a thing, ok) where I'll talk you through my thought process for putting together a scrappy stash busting sweater, so if you have any questions about that process, leave them in comments and I'll include all of the answers in my vlog!

I FINALLY got to replace my broken lamp and can get back to filming more tutorials! Really missed doing that. 🥲

Also I'm slowly turning our unused attic space into a crafting studio and that's been really exciting! It's still far, far away from being presentable or even remotely finished, but I'm really happy with what I already have there.
