With 11+ years in Dubai real estate, I started my career in 2014 with just $10,000, no leads and no established network. I built a six-figure career during the challenging buyers’ market of 2015–2020 by learning how people make decisions and how to sell through expertise, not pressure.
Today, I coach real estate agents, train sales teams and consult PropTech startups, bridging traditional real estate sales with modern technology, neuromarketing and practical sales systems.
My training is based on human behaviour, buyer psychology, neuro-emotional persuasion and ethical influence.
I also continue to advise private real estate investors through my Unbiased Advice Strategy Sessions, and as I no longer sell properties as an agent I have no commission attached to their decision.
