I have AED X 000 000, seating in cash - agents are pulling me in different directions- each call is conducting the previous pitch- what should I Do?
Usual market noice is putting you as a Buyer in to a Marketing Flow. You see similar ads - and you don’t even have an idea that there are way more options to Invest in.
So we developed the Step by Step plan in how he could
- Search and evaluate the Options on his own.
- Check the quality of Buildings
- Negotiate with the Agents and put the offers.
And away from the oversupply 1br segment I recommend to compare
Ready Townhouses in a specific Master communities with consistent EndUser demand for Price appreciation
Commercial Properties which are already rented with on average 9-10% Rental Yield from the start
And one specific area in Dubai with has an uncapped potential for the landlords for rent increase.
I would say in average he saved approximately AED 500 000 loss in a wrong investment.
