Arguably I would say this is why online PT is more effective than in-person! I love in-person PT, I will always do it because I like people (most people anyway).
But when I started the online side of the business - the results went to the next level because of the level of communication clients were getting!
Rather than the 1 hour in the gym a couple of times per week, they had access to me pretty much every day through my app.
We have regular check-ins to review the week, and they leave comments on their workouts and obviously the messenger feature.
So yes, I will always do in-person PT for my own selfish reasons šbut the online side of things is definitely the majority of my business now šš»
