👶Every child deserves a chance to live. But millions still don’t.
💔In 2024, an estimated 4.9 million children died before age 5 — including 2.3 million newborns. Most of these deaths are preventable with simple, low-cost care.
📉There is progress: child deaths have dropped by more than 50% since 2000.
⚠️ But progress is slowing — and too many lives are still lost.
