Here are the best supplications and sayings recommended for Friday, based on textual Islamic evidence and prophetic traditions:

1. Sending Blessings upon the Prophet ﷺ

Text: "O Allah, send Your peace, blessings, and grace upon our Prophet Muhammad." (Allahumma salli wa sallim wa barik 'ala nabiyyina Muhammad)

Virtue: It is narrated in the authentic Hadith: "Increase your invocation of blessings upon me on Friday and the night before Friday, for whoever invokes a single blessing upon me, Allah will send ten blessings upon him in return."

2. Reciting Surah Al-Kahf

Virtue: It is recommended to recite it on Friday and its preceding night, as the Prophet ﷺ said: "Whoever recites Surah Al-Kahf on Friday, a light will shine for him between the two Fridays."

3. Supplicating During the Hour of Response (Hour of Acceptance)

Most Probable Time: The hour between the 'Asr prayer and sunset (the last hour of Friday), as well as the period from when the Imam sits on the pulpit until the prayer concludes.

Comprehensive Prophetic Supplications:

"Our Lord, grant us good in this world and good in the Hereafter, and protect us from the punishment of the Fire." (Rabbana atina fid-dunya hasanatan wa fil-akhirati hasanatan wa qina 'adhaban-nar)

"O Allah, help me to remember You, express gratitude to You, and worship You in the best manner." (Allahumma a'inni 'ala dhikrika wa shukrika wa husni 'ibadatik)

"O Allah, I ask You for forgiveness and well-being in this world and the Hereafter." (Allahumma inni as'alukal-'afwa wal-'afiyata fid-dunya wal-akhirah)

4. General Remembrance (Dhikr) and Glorification

The Master of Seeking Forgiveness (Sayyid al-Istighfar): "O Allah, You are my Lord; there is no deity worthy of worship except You. You created me, and I am Your servant, and I remain faithful to Your covenant and promise as much as I can. I seek refuge in You from the evil of what I have done. I acknowledge Your favor upon me, and I confess my sin to You, so forgive me, for no one forgives sins except You."

Glorification and Praise: "Glory be to Allah and praise be to Him; Glory be to Allah, the Supreme." (Subhanallahi wa bihamdihi, Subhanallahil-'Azim)
