Hi friends 👋🏻 It’s been a while - 1.5 years to be exact!

Life got a bit overwhelming… I moved out of Korea, dealt with some family health issues, and transitioned back to the US. Motivation was veryyy low for a while, but I’m finally feeling ready to start uploading again ✨

I still have some Korea content I want to share (including the apartment tour I mentioned back in 2023!), and I’m thinking of making some helpful guides for anyone planning to live in or visit Korea - like how to navigate the city as a foreigner, must-use apps, neighborhood overviews, and more. If you have ideas or questions, feel free to let me know!

I’m living in Chicago now, so I’ll be posting vlogs from here and from upcoming travels, starting with a trip to LA next week! I can’t wait to café-hop and take you along with me ☕️

Also… a small update: I’m changing the channel name from "bearie cafe" to "the windy log." I’ll always love cozy cafés, but I want this channel to grow with me - more vlogs, more travel, and more helpful content for you. And since I’m living in “The Windy City” now, I thought the name would be a fun fit! I also created a new Instagram (@thewindylog), so follow me there if you’d like regular updates!
