Proverbs 29:18a "Where there is no vision, the people perish..."

This scripture holds a very profound truth that, if we care to pay attention to, is a masterclass on the power of vision.

For about a year now, I have walked past several opportunities to grow my YouTube channel because I didn't have a vision for it. Just like most people out there, the idea of having a YouTube channel felt satisfying.

I walked past "empty vessels" that I could borrow every day, and just because I wasn't paying attention to my "cruise of oil," I kept missing out on opportunities to grow my YouTube channel.

But just like the widow who went to the Prophet Elisha for help, I was studying my Bible recently and then I realized I was making exactly the same mistake the son of the prophet made in his life.

Thank God for the Holy Spirit, who took me on a masterclass from 2 Kings 4:1-7 that changed my life and opened me up to a totally new possibility, and within two weeks, here is the result of that time spent with God.

In the coming weeks, I will be sharing some of the lessons that I learned and implemented that changed the narrative. However, in the meantime, I want to say having a vision will change your life 360 degrees.

It will change the way you see yourself; it will change the way you see the people around you, and most importantly, it will change your physical realities.
