"Pasifika Rising" with @Chibi_Bendrix and Ju Ben is out now!!! ✊
Originating as a poem by my sister, Antonia, this song is an anthem for Self Determination in the Pacific.
Pasifika Rising is a call to solidarity, to action, and in our deep Pacific spirituality, to prayer for justice, decolonisation, for the rights of indigenous people and for the liberation of Pacific communities that still experience colonisation.
Thank you to my brothers Ju Ben and Ben Masirewa for answering the call to contribute to this track and to make it a reality.
With deep appreciation to all who stand for a Nuclear-Free and Independent Pasifika.

This song is a blend of funk, soul, and jazz, with heaps of keyboard and percussion action. All instruments and vocals were recorded, mixed, and mastered by me in my bedroom.
