The head gasket video on the 3RZFE Hilux is about to drop.
I've never done this before, so it will be great to get some feedback and learn things that you might have done differently.
I also got to weld up my first exhaust with the TIG Welder.

This project took up a lot of my time as I had to the ute back on the road and then get back to running the business.

I hope everyone likes Hilux’s. Head gasket gave in on the hottest day of the year in Brisbane. Was 39 degrees Celsius. Next video will be replacing the head gasket and hopefully I’ve put it all back together correctly. 😬😅
In the photos I took the cylinder head and the block back by hand with a stone and some elbow grease. Took 99% of any pitting and imperfections. So will be interesting to see if the gasket lasts without machining.
