LEGAL NOTES HQ
"Actus me invito factus non est mens actus"
means an act done by me against my will is not my act.
Example :: If someone is kidnapped and forced to drive a car, and the car is used in a crime, the person who was kidnapped cannot be held responsible for the crime, as the act of driving was done against their will.
