Welcome to Fields of Freedom Animal Sanctuary 🤍

I’m Christopher, and this channel gives you a real look inside life at my animal sanctuary in Galicia, Spain, where I care for over 100 rescued animals.

Fields of Freedom is home to donkeys, ponies, cats, chickens, geese and others who have survived abuse, neglect, abandonment and exploitation.

Here you’ll find rescue stories, daily sanctuary life, feeding, hoof care, vet visits, recovery journeys, animal personalities and the quiet moments that rarely make it onto social media.

I share the reality of running a sanctuary largely on my own — the rewarding days, the difficult ones, and everything in between.

There are no staged rescues or manufactured stories. Just real animals, their individual lives, and the work involved in giving them a safe and peaceful home for life.

The sanctuary is funded entirely by donations, so every view, subscription and contribution genuinely helps the animals.

Thank you for being here.
