Greetings! I'm Cathy, a woman prepsteading in Minnesota.

It can be challenging, but I grow and preserve what I am able to with limited space, time, and resources, and DIY a lot of projects. I cook, eat, and preserve a mostly paleo diet.

Through all of this, there is hope—that you can live a more self-reliant lifestyle in your later years, that prepping isn't just about rice and beans, and that you are capable of so much more than you think!

Music is also a large part of my life. Praise and worship is my genre—not only is it my heart, but it has been a spiritual staple for me as a single mom. It sustains me through challenging times…even homesteading. To separate that out or put music in a different box (or channel) is just not possible for me. Stay tuned for music videos!
