I've tried this only 3 times and it is FABULOUS! I did enjoy the original Olaplex No3 but to be honest, it wasn't my fave. Now, their hair oil Olaplex No 7 Bonding Oil is a HOLY GRAIL! It was reformulated but now has even better hair repair and works in only 3 minutes vs the original 10 minutes. It is still a PRE-WASH hair treatment (just like the original). And now it not only repairs all 3 hair bonds and repairs DEEP inside the hair but now it leaves the hair soooooo silky soft by repairing the hair from the inside out. I am blown away at the INSTANT RESULTS!!!

All I do is wet my hair 1st (I do use a detox cleanse 1st if my hair has a lot of product on it), but if lengths of hair aren't super dirty with product build up, on my wash days, I just rinse/wet my hair then I apply a small amount of this new Olaplex NO3 Plus all over (mainly mids to ends, kinda like how I do conditioner). Then I leave it on for ONLY 3 minutes (we had to leave the original formula for 10 minutes which was annoying LOL but this new reformulated version is super potent and works super fast).Then I wash and condition as per usual. It's perfectly fine to wash my hair after the 3 minutes because the repairing has already happened. They recommend to use their shampoo and conditioner with the new Olaplex NO 3 Plus but those 2 products are not my fave. I do like them and use them if I have them but I ran out and haven't repurchased because I have other shampoo/conditioner faves I prefer. So I think I will buy them and try both their shampoo and conditioner with this new Olaplex No3 plus and see if I get even better results.

Anywho, I usually just do all of this in the shower and take advantage of the 3 short minutes by doing a body scrub or use a special body cleanser to get rid of any hyperpigmentation on the body and let that sit while the Olaplex no3 Plus is working its magic. Then after the 3 minutes are up, I wash it out with whatever shampoo and use a conditioner. (I've been using the Maelove Full Follicle Shampoo & Conditioner so that's what I used with this new Olaplex). It's super easy to use and that short 3 minutes gives me time to do kinda an "everything shower" vs just a quick wash.

But what I'm noticing is this new improved formula also deeply conditions my hair for DAYS (even though I wash afterwards). It conditions so deeply that when I style my hair afterwards, I can't get over how silky soft & ridiculously SHINY it is!!! Also, the other thing I notice is since I usually wash my hair every 2-3 days, in between my hair starts to feel a tad dry and frizzy so some days (prior to trying the new Olaplex NO 3 Plus) I feel like I need extra hair oil or serum to tame the frizz and bring shine and life back to my hair....BUT the past 2 weeks of using this, my hair stays super healthy and soft & SUPER SHINY in between washes!!! On day 2 I'm normally ready to pull my hair up and day 3 is usually a braid or a baseball hat type of day. But this past week, my hair has looked AMAZING and I was able to wear it down every day. THIS IS NOT NORMAL! And the Olaplex NO3 Plus is the ONLY new hair product I've added into my hair routine. 

This new formula it says it basically repairs the hair via all 3 bonds from the inside out but also deeply repairs the outer layer of the hair for softer, stronger, shinier hair that helps grow long hair over time. I believe they added 3 additional natural oils to this new improved formula, well as an ingredient to penetrate and seal the hair fast! I literally saw changes in my hair in JUST ONE TIME using!
