यूजीसी के नए 2026 नियम छात्रों के हित में नहीं, बल्कि विभाजन और भेदभाव को बढ़ावा देने वाले दिखते हैं। ये नियम सामान्य (अनारक्षित) श्रेणी के छात्रों के साथ न्याय नहीं करते और झूठी शिकायतों पर कोई सख्त रोक नहीं रखते, जिससे दुरुपयोग का खतरा बढ़ता है। इतना ही नहीं, अस्पष्ट परिभाषाएँ और पदाधिकारी समितियों में संतुलन न होने सेcampus का माहौल तनावपूर्ण और विभाजित हो सकता है। यह शिक्षा का मुद्दा है, न कि राजनीति – ऐसे कानून छात्रों के भविष्य और एकता को कमजोर कर देंगे। #RollBackUGCRules #StudentsFirst
