It’s an energetic loop—a way of trying to control the outcome because, deep down, we’re terrified of being abandoned or rejected again. That "chasing" energy comes from a place of fear, often rooted in past experiences where we learned that we had to perform, control, or hold on tight just to feel safe and wanted.
But the truth is, the more we chase from a place of lack, the more we push that love away and reinforce the belief that we aren't enough. It’s an exhausting cycle, and it is entirely okay to be tired of it.
In this session, we are using EFT tapping to break that cycle. We’re working to soothe your nervous system and remind your body that it is actually safe to let go and trust the process.

If you are doing all the "right" things—watching what you eat, staying active, and trying to stay disciplined—but the extra weight simply won’t budge, you aren't failing; you are protecting.
Through my own journey and my work with clients, I’ve discovered that extra fat is rarely just a physical issue; it is often a subconscious shield. Your body holds onto weight as emotional armor to protect your heart from unprocessed grief, painful memories, or a deep-seated feeling of not being "enough."
When your nervous system perceives this weight as a safety mechanism, it will fight every effort to release it, because the ego believes that losing the protection means exposing yourself to pain you aren't ready to feel.
The breakthrough happens when you stop the cycle of self-shaming and start regulating your nervous system. Shame keeps you feeling small and hidden, trapping you in a loop where you eat to cope, shame yourself for it, and then store even more protection.
To break free, you must shift your frequency and prove to your body that you are safe to be seen without the armor. In this video, I break down the three hidden reasons you're stuck and guide you through how to use EFT tapping to process the underlying emotions, release the need for protection, and finally anchor into your own worthiness.
