My new plant babies are here 🌿

I have wanted these plants for so long! I really love their growth structure and whimsical feel 🌿

Operculicarya decaryi “Elephant Tree”

Brachychiton rupestris “Australian bottle tree”

Both have the same plant care guide/tips:

☀️ bright indirect light 💦drought tolerant so allow to dry out between waterings. Require regular watering when in a container versus planted outdoors.. Provide an 🍂airy soil mix.

Story time so after a lot of practice and mastering the art of patience I’ve become the type of shopper that likes to compare and find the best price before I purchase anything my bestie @veronica.mendenhall may disagree 🤣 but I promise I’ve come a long way. So one day I am comparing prices for this tree stump stool that I’ve been eyeballing for over a year for my bathroom I had finally narrowed it down to two sites. Well my dumbass purchased from both sites and I don’t know how the hell I did that but here we are now. I have one in the bathroom and an extra one that is actually super cute completely different from the first one and I’ve convinced myself to keep 🙄 lordt what is wrong with me?! Also I chopped my #raphidophoradecursiva to make some babies…. Anywho it’s already Wednesday, what?! Have an amazing day guys 🤗💚
