Broadcasting Scotland
Broadcasting Scotland is a new broadcaster for Scotland, producing programmes from a Scottish perspective, targeting audiences, inside Scotland and beyond.
Our mission is to entertain, educate and inform. We believe it is important that Scotland should have an alternative broadcaster, trusted by viewers and which will provide quality original programming across all genres. We will produce new original Scottish programmes, working with young programme makers, helping them develop their careers in Scotland. We will partner with colleges and universities to provide opportunities for work experience and career development.
Broadcasting Scotland plans to provide a full range of programming, including news, current affairs and documentaries, entertainment and variety, drama, music and comedy, suitable for all ages, which is aimed at audiences both inside Scotland, as well as a global audience interested in Scotland and Scottish culture.

Broadcasting Scotland
We have the facilities and technical ability to report live rolling news from our studio with remote feeds from around Scotland and around the world, but we really need the support of grass-roots subscribers to keep going and to help us grow so we can employ staff to produce more programmes.
We URGENTLY need your support to pay our bills.

Broadcasting Scotland
Broadcasting Scotland is ready to take a giant leap forward, but to do this we need your support. We are preparing for our live General Election Count coverage, with a new Election studio and live coverage from around the counts in Scotland. We are also developing new programmes including a live Scottish Answers programme and a chat show. We have upgraded our studio and our network connections to enable us to produce programmes for a our audience in Scotland.
In the short term we need to invest in further developing our facilities and so we have set up a crowdfunding target of £20,000 so that we can continue to produce quality live television programmes.
