Ambawadi Made of Alphonso Mango 😊🍋
📖Recipe:
Extract Pulp from 8 to 10 Mangoes with help of Grinder without adding water in it, add pinch of salt & 1/2 or 1 Cup Sugar depending on Sweetness of Mangoes, Cook it for 7 to 8 Minutes in Medium flame stirring it Continuously.
🍽️Grease 3 or 4 Steel Plate having large Diameter with Cow Ghee & Pour this mixture on Greased Plate, let it dry under fan for 24 hours⏱️. (current temperature is not suitable to make this so wait till weather gets clear).🤗
Then Separate it from the plate with help of knife & Gently keep it one above the Other & Cut into the Cubes.🍋😋🍽️.
