๐Ÿ”๏ธ The mountains aren't drowning in snow... they're drowning in waste.
Uttarakhand produces around 1,500 tonnes of solid waste every day, and a significant portion is dumped or burned instead of being scientifically managed.
But there is hope.
Across the state, dedicated waste warriors are proving that segregation, recycling, and community participation can protect the Himalayas for future generations.
๐ŸŒฑ Every tourist.
๐ŸŒฑ Every local.
๐ŸŒฑ Every household.
Together, we can keep our mountains clean.
Would you support stricter rules against littering in tourist destinations? Let us know in the comments.
