Mobility and mandatory purr-therapy! 🐾 Hard to rush through stretches when you have this level of fluff to negotiate with.
There is nothing quite like a crisp morning mobility session to wake up the body—especially when you have a tiny, purring anchor keeping you on the mat! 🧘♂️☀️
Instead of rushing through my stretches, this little one reminded me to breathe, slow down, and enjoy the quiet before the day truly starts. It’s the ultimate way to lower nervous system tension and prime the joints for whatever miles or movements the day brings.
