Happy holidays you lot!!

It’s been such an insane year and I’m so glad you all came on the journey with me! First album, first show, more songs released than any year before and I’ve loved every second!

Im gonna take a lil break from uploading until the new year (the final album animatic is one you can have for 2026, it feels fitting given the subject matter) and I hope wherever you are and whoever you spend this holiday with you have a wonderful time!

My GOODNESS was judging this competition hard! So many incredible pieces were submitted and I’m so honoured to have seen so many of you get involved (truly there were hundreds of submissions) thank you to EVERYONE who took the time to create so many gorgeous pieces of art, trust me when I say this was very hard to judge and you should all be very proud of yourselves! So hard in fact that I added a few more runners up than I said I would 🙈

It’s been a joy to look through so many powerful pieces of artwork, we’ve truly flooded the internet with feminism! From quietly empowering pieces to bold and defiant ones! You should all be SO PROUD!!

Without further ado your winners!! (Please bare in mind I am no artist and these were all my subjective opinion)

This piece really stood out to me, the fluidity in the movement and the creativity / tone / style / meaning in the piece had SUCH a grip on me, I probably watched it like 100 times. The detail of the smoke with the wolf showing through, the doll, the hand/fork, every moment is immaculate and you all HAVE to go check it out if you haven’t seen it!!

This zine is so cool! I’d never seen one before and it’s such a cool and creative way to express the meaning behind this song! (And I believe you can order a digital download of it from them) SO COOL

Not only is this piece STUNNING but it’s inspired by the statue of ‘Molly Malone’ which you can find in Dublin. Such a gorgeous portrait FULL of meaning !

This piece is an INCREDIBLE dance choreographed and performed by Kayla with cinematography by crickvisuals! A truly incredible performance really hitting the heart of the song!

Now this is a piece I wasn’t expecting but was very glad to see! A full bodypaint piece with lots of meaning behind why the different design choices were made, I LOVE it!

This animatic piece is so incredibly powerful, the representation of all the different women and the barbed wire ending, just breathtaking!

This illustration is so quietly powerful, it’s one that makes me feel so at peace and also beautifully represents the song. A young girl peacefully asleep, resting on the wolf’s skull, with mushrooms growing out of it. ❤️❤️🥹

This one feels so viscerally important, someone clawing to get out of a wolf’s mouth, still defiant and determined never to be devoured. LOVE IT

This animatic UGH, the fluidity in movement and the symbolism throughout are BREATHTAKING, the first few seconds as the man turns into a wolf?!? So good!

Not long left of the competition!! I’ve been looking at all the submissions again today and Lord I don’t know how I’m gonna pick a winner!! So many INSANE pieces, from animatics to dances to crochet! You have until the end of the day on the 21st (Sunday) to get your submission in if you haven’t already!

I’m hoping to announce the winners on the 22nd, but there are hundreds of submissions so you may need to bear with me a tinsey bit (gonna do my best to announce on the 22nd though)

Only 5 days left of the art competition!!

Your submissions so far have been STUNNING, truly I am so taken aback by the number of people that have taken part and by the skill level on display! You guys are actually kinda really good at art, like really good. Truly though, the art you have made is so poignant and important and powerful, it’s been an honour to see each and every one of them!

I’ll be going through every submission on Dec 22nd and picking the winner/runners up but until then you still have time to submit!

We reached 800k subscribers!!!

What a way to wrap up the year!! I am SO grateful to everyone that has subscribed, commented or streamed a song this year! Your support has been ASTOUNDING and I feel so grateful to have every single one of you!

800k is a number I don’t think I’d have been able to fathom when I started this journey and it’s making that elusive 1 million look more achievable every day!

The last animatic for the album goes out this Saturday and will wrap up my uploads for 2025 and then it’s onto 2026!

As a thank you for helping me grow this far I’ll give you a little insight into what to expect from 2026 !
- a lot more covers (there weren’t many this year so we’re going back to my roots)
- hopefully more live shows!
- more villain songs
- a spattering of singles
- and maybe my MOST ambitious project yet, and yes more ambitious than even the album!

It’s gonna be a big year!! I’m so excited to keep making things and see our community to grow ❤️

Only two songs left to get an animatic from the album and this is one of them!!! This one’s kinda meta, it’s about writers block and the internal wrestle of trying to have something meaningful to say and wondering if you’ll ever really make an impact with your art. Nice cutesy things!
