Can you believe I just realised it’s Friday? I hadn’t even noticed… guess that shows how little of a social life I have, haha. I truly need to work on that part of my life. But honestly, I’m happy tonight! It feels so good being healthy, something we should never take for granted. I’ll just be staying home 🏡 cozy, watching a movie with my mom (and I’ll probably cook something nice 😊)

Hi… I don’t even know if anyone will read this But I just wanted to say that I’ve been resetting my little studio corner and I also had to undergo emergency surgery, so life’s been a bit of a mess lately, physically and emotionally. That’s why I haven’t uploaded in a while.
The next one will be about men’s mental health 💙 since it’s June and I think it’s a very important topic to discuss.

I feel so incredibly lucky to see how this channel is growing. I never had many expectations at all but if there was something I knew it was that I wanted to help people. I have struggled with things such as not having any friends, being the one chosen last in every sport class and feeling alone and helpless.
I spent most of this time reading self-help books and studying psychology. All I ever wanted was help people when I had the chance. And now, thanks to this platform, I do. I can have a voice, a voice I never had when I was a kid. If I had found a channel like this when I was suffering this would have provided me with so much peace. That is my intention. So, thank you, thank you for trusting me and for being here. I can't wait to keep growing together.
