Hi, my name is Eva (ieva) and I used to be one of Jehovah’s Witnesses.
Born and raised in Latvia, first under the Soviet Union rule then transitioned to Independent Latvia in 1991,
I was recruited as a Jehovah’s Witness at the age of 14 in 1996…
I finally managed to break free from this organisation in 2018, after spending 22 years in it, and now I focus on exposing this organisation on the things they don’t want you to know!
My aim is to educate on the behind the scenes of what it actually means to be one of Jehovah’s Witnesses & share my own experiences as well as show ways to recover from the aftermath of being in the cult.
This channel is for anyone deconstructing faith, rebuilding identity, or healing from religious or emotional abuse. Whether you’ve left a high-control religion or you’re just waking up to the effects of spiritual conditioning — you are not alone.
Also I am studying Psychology with Counselling with the Open University so I love to share what I learn!
