The past few weeks have been hard. I haven't felt like myself, my body and mind feel foreign, and yet this time has not been waisted. Despite the weeks looking nothing like I had planned for them to, and I haven't been able to do all of the things I have wanted -- and sometimes needed -- I have had glimpses of surrender, and I have learned that while things seem on track I am exactly where I need to be. I have -- and continue to -- learn so much about myself this what I am calling my "buffering" period. A forced pause my body has imposed because my mind wasn't ready to listen. So I'm listening. I am taking it easy. I am dropping all the balls and I am making it ok. I am also slowly building a stronger, more solid foundation for when I am ready to get back going, healthier more connected to my spirituality, more aligned with myself, and more sustainably so. And confirmations that this buffering period is necessary is everywhere. Another little reminder from spirit today in the picture below.

Friends, I've been taking a break from the pressure of creating content to focus on recovery; it's difficult to find the enthusiasm to connect and finding things to share about folk Magik, spirituality and consciousness -- and general delight -- when the mind is overcast with fog.

Yet, every time I've felt at my lowest, little signals on a clock like this have always found a way to lift me up and reassure me that I'm on the right path; and that healing takes time, to be gentle with myself.

I look forward to jumping back in one day soon with updates, techniques, discussions, and so much wonder, and I am grateful to all of you -- 99 of you, in fact! -- for the love and support you've shown me over the months.

See you very soon, I hope, but until then, I will try to remember that there is a lesson in this, even in just being ccepting of the struggle, and that Spirit has my (and your) back.🙏❤️💕

It's not a major pivot, but a more focused angle and audience. I think I'd like to include my first name, Maria, to make it more personal and approachable.

Hi folks, I'm on holiday for another week, but wanted to pop in with a little message.

An international client needed a blockage of her third eye cleared. Here are some of the tools I used for the ritual. Purple for the third eye, herbal mixes including clove, mandrake rue and lavender, a blue candle for Thoth, and Palo santo for clearing. I felt called to combine all these elements to my reiki practice the day of the 7 planet alignment, but there is no right or wrong way. Sometimes simple is all you need.
