When buying a home in Las Vegas, it's important to remember that almost everything is negotiable.
Looking to save money or just have better terms, knowing what you can negotiate is important to making the most of your purchase.
As your realtor/broker® my goal is to secure the best deal and terms for you.
Here is how I can make that happen ↓
- Purchase Price: The most obvious point of negotiation is the purchase price. Depending on market conditions, we can often negotiate a lower price or ask for seller concessions.
- Closing Costs: We can negotiate for the seller to cover part or all of the closing costs, which can include fees for appraisals, inspections, and loan processing.
- Repairs and Improvements: After a home inspection, we can negotiate for the seller to make certain repairs or provide a credit at closing for you to handle them.
- Closing Date: The timing of the closing can be flexible, allowing us to negotiate a date that best suits your moving plans or aligns with the sale of your current home.
- Buyer Broker Compensation: As of August, if the seller is not offering Buyer Broker Compensation (compensation to your Realtor), we can negotiate this into the contract, ensuring your agent is compensated for their work without additional out-of-pocket expenses for you.
