I recently visited the Sandhan Valley & Samrad fireflies. This time I decided to visit the Ghatghar Kokan Kada & Eco City. This eco-city is built by the forest department & maintained by locals. The stay and food charges are very reasonable compared to other options.

This is just 7-8 km from Samrad Village & from Mumbai approx 160km.

How To Reach

By car, you can search for Ghatghar Eco City. If you are planning to come by local transport then you need to get down at Igatpuri Railway station & from there you get the local jeep/buses.
