Element433 (a.k.a. Pere Villez) is a multi-instrumentalist, educator, composer and producer who writes across genres transversing electronic, acoustic, post-bop modal Jazz, the 4th World of Jon Hassell, World music, all wrapped in the sound/production ethos of ECM Records.
As a seasoned educator Pere Villez (Dr) spend 30 years teaching and presenting complex topics such as FM synthesis, Microsound and Signal Processing. Pere holds a PhD in the design of sound synthesis systems and has taught in universities and colleges globally.

Ekkko Station Update. Hello, all, thanks for subscribing to my channel. Just ahead of Ekkko's release I have published the manual. It's not finished but it's making good progress. It should give you a good idea of what to expect and possibly better answer some of the questions you've asked before. There has been an enourmous amount of improvement since my reverse video. Hi all, just posted the latest update to Ekkko Station as it is now called. I found that Maleko, the pedal makers alread have an "Ekko" pedal and it is red, so I didn't want tostep on their toes, though this is a different target altogether and mine has an extra "k", which is a huge difference. Remember this will be free and no strings attached. I do this for the love of it. This latest demo now shows the Pure Data vanilla interface. Not so ugly after all and it looks great. Ive includedd a screen shot of the Plug Data version which is an Au/VST host for Pure Data. Thanks for watching and your support. This update shows off the built in oscillator. It's fat, really!. Hi eveyone. I hope you are all well and continuing to listen and make amazing music. It's been a very busy first half of the year but finally I can release something new I have been working on. Though you know me for making music tech content, like synthesis tutorials and short films which feature my electronic music, there is a huge part of my heart, which writes and makes acoustic music, which I often combine with electronic elements.
Today I have released my first album that collates some of my guitar works influenced by the ethnic music of my country Spain. I have uploaded two filmed performance, which I did at home. I hope you will enjoy it. The album is called "Of 6" includes a free book and audio on the Phrygian scale and all its colours and chords, which you can download it from Bandcamp (see video descriptions).
The album includes a free 73 page eBook called "The Phrygian Notebook. It contains one chapter dedicated to 173 open string guitar chords related to the Phrygian family of modes. The eBook includes separate MIDI and Guitar Pro files for all 23 chapters.

The next album follows closely is an electronic album combining field recordings and electronic instrument and a couple of analogue synthesis tutorials, I have been working on. Im looking forward to releasing these very soon.

Hi everyone,
Thank you all for the encouraging comments you left all my videos. I do this with love and for free and having your feedback and hitting that "like" button has kept that flame alive and creates a nice sense of community.
From your comments on FM Catalogue series, many of you suggested you'd like to see some more of the imagery I created for the context scenes. Something like a film or video with music.
Finally, after a long pause because of the pandemic and emmigrating, I have made it. Not one but three of them with an accompanying album. It's called Luminous Trilogy.
