My most recent zwift ride at 19 weeks pregnant. I just turned 20 weeks so I’m right at 5 months and not much more to go! I’m still running and cycling so far. My most recent run this week was 3.5 miles and I’m alternating running and indoor cycling on zwift every other day. Happy running and cycling his week!
