State Bank of India has credited Performance Linked Incentive (PLI) for the financial year 2025-26 👏

✅ Officers in lower scales will receive PLI equivalent to 15 days basic pay
✅ Higher scales PLI calculated as percentage of annual basic pay
✅ Tentative maximum PLI goes up to ₹18.77 lakh for top scales 💥

The Scam: Parekh and his associates allegedly cheated a consortium of 25 banks (led by SBI) out of ₹2,672 Crore.
