After about 30 days on my cut down to 172 lbs, I’ve only lost 3 and currently around 179. But, the slower the better. If you lose weight too fast, so does extra lean muscle. I might have even gained a tish of muscle. This might be because I’m doing higher reps and taking more sets to failure. Training harder than last time. Thanks to everyone for supporting my channel 😁
