I'm over here crocheting like it's 2022!

My daughter has seriously outgrown her Hexi (the one that features as my Kids Granny Hexi on YouTube!) and she has been begging for a new one for ages! I've decided to recreate my most popular Hexi from 2022 that uses a rainbow yarn cake with black yarn, I'm also timing myself to see how long it takes so it will appear as an episode in the Crochet Curiosities & Challenges series on YouTube!

It's been fun doing this again and I can't wait to see her posing in her new Cardi!!

I had to keep them as shorts everyone! I'm trying really hard not to purchase any yarn this year (yes I failed already but I really needed some white - you know how it is!) Turns out not only had I run out of black but I also didn't have enough rainbow yarn to make them in 3/4 length pants!

The majority of you definitely voted for knee length shorts too and they do look freaking amazing if you ask me!

A full length video tutorial is coming and should hopefully be out by next week!
