Just over here sharing my blanket the only way I know how...by wearing it!

Look everyone I did it!!! I made a blanket!! If you know me then you will also know that I am so terrible at finishing blankets but I finally did it!

And guess what! I've recorded a tutorial on how you can make your own Scrappy Granny Blanket! It will hopefully be available by next week so you can get stuck into it during the Christmas holidays! Its perfect for using up scrap yarn and it is also the most amazing mindless project, perfect for cosy up on the sofa and watching Christmas film!!!

A hexagon sweater made in black chunky yarn! Ohh La La! Gosh I remember working this one up at super speed. I managed to complete it in 3 days as I wanted to wear it on a trip out with my leopard print leggings ha ha!

Hi everyone! Apologies for my absence! We have been dealing with our annual Christmas bugs! Every year December hits us hard with illness flying around the house left, right and centre!

So I'm currently working on getting you The Hoodwink Cowl (the picture isn't it by the way this is The Spellweaver Poncho!). I've made a change to the stitch pattern as there is already a full granny stitch version which was released by another designer a few years ago. I'm now recording the hood/cowl section so it shouldn't be much longer! I've gone for bright pinks and reds for this one and I can't wait for it to all come together!!

There is also 50% off all of my crochet patterns throughout the whole of December including The Spellweaver Poncho. This is a great pattern for using up scraps of leftover yarn whilst making the main squares! You can also find this poncho on YouTube as a full length tutorial!

I'm feeling like Little Red Riding Hood in my new Hoodwink Cowl! The pattern is complete but I now need to make another one for the tutorial! This is perfect for yarn cakes but would look equally as nice in scraps or one colour! It's toasty too! Perfect for the school runs!

Can you believe it!! I didn't wear any Christmas makes yesterday... The 1st of December!! I managed to set up a sale but completely forgot to stick a Christmas crochet sweater on! I only get to wear these one month out of twelve so I need to do better!! I actually don't have that many and I'm hoping to squeeze in a new one this year but I doubt that will happen too! 😆

This was my attempt at an Ugly Christmas Cardi but it ended up looking pretty fabulous instead ha ha!

Fun fact - this was the first Hexi Cardi I EVER made back in 2021!! I freestyled it with 4 days to go until the big day. I've never crocheted so fast in all my life but as soon as I made it that was it ... I fell deep in a Hexi hole and I'm so pleased that I did because my YouTube Channel was created and this was my first ever tutorial and then it just grew from there!

Good morning everyone! Can you believe it's actually December??? I swear it comes around quicker with each passing year!! There's some exciting things happening over at Craft and a Cuppa and I don't know about you but I find it so easy to get wrapped up in over spending during the Christmas period so I have decided to slash all of my crochet patterns by 50% throughout the whole of December! Once the presents are sorted and wrapped, then ripped open again and I have a little quiet time to myself, that's when I start getting creative! Crochet wip on the go, bubbling hot chocolate, Christmas film on the telly and the kids playing with their pressies! We have to think about us too you know! 😆 That's why I have done my best to make my patterns available throughout this busy period! And remember I also have lots of free tutorials over on my YouTube Channel!

Excuse my massive witches nose, it's what life gave me 😂 but.....

I made another hat! I used my hand spun yarn again! This yarn was created from an art batt that also includes my hand spun yarn scraps so it's kind of recycled yarn right! Anyway I love it. The pops of colour against the blue and pink base is what I'm here for!!
