Today, June 8th, marks the one-year anniversary of my husband's death and I can hardly form the right words to describe just how much I miss him every single day.
He was my best friend, looking out for me and always making me laugh, whether it was intentional or not. He was my confidant, sharing all of our insecurities and reassuring each other without hesitation. He was my teacher, showing me all of the things I know now and sharing all the things in life that made him happy. He was my motivator, my cheerleader, my biggest source of comfort, and my rock. He was, quite literally, everything to me, and not a day goes by that I don't wish I could tell him that again just to hear him stubbornly wave it off as just what you do when you love someone.
Though we are apart, I just want to believe he can still see me. That he's happy and knows that, while it hurts being without him, I've done everything I can to keep his memory alive. Not just on his channels, but in what he's taught me and how I choose to live my life without him.
He was the embodiment of excitement with his passion for comics and life and that excitement poured into everything he did, impacting the lives of everyone around him. I'm eternally grateful to everyone for helping me and the team carry on his legacy in his memory. It's in all our hearts and minds that he lives on and even without him here, it's in sharing our passions and kindness with each other that his presence still continues to grow.

He was my world and I need time to be with friends and family. I have so many things I need to figure out but firstly, I need to grieve. I ask that you respect my privacy as well as everyone else's. Right now my priority is preserving everything he's built and I don't have any plans beyond that.
His channel was one of his greatest accomplishments, and while we all need our time to mourn him, I know he wouldn't want it to end like this.
Ben spent over 10 years spreading his love and appreciation for his hobbies. It was through his love of exciting stories and well written characters that got him started on YouTube.
The team and I want to keep that going. To honor him by continuing to tell great stories by great people, as well as to keep the memory of our very own superhero alive.
We supported each other on everything we wanted to do and I'm not about to stop now.

-Why Does This Exist? Comicstorian has become very difficult to follow along on. We've gone for close to 10 years now and have over 3000 videos. Even the staff loses track of some of our videos, which series is done, which we've completed, which have been forgotten. On top of that, the Algorithm hates the fact we continually experiment with our format. But I (Benny) feel that if we just did one thing without experimenting, I would go insane. So we decided to launch a sister channel which ONLY hosts Full Stories. This appeases the Algorithm and appeased fans who literally only want our Monday videos.
-Will my (Insert Favorite Full Story) be posted here? Eventually, since we did break our Algorithm awhile back theres quite a few Full Stories that didnt get a good chance to breath on the channel. We decided to start with those. So basically ones that underpreformed will be going here to start.
-Will All the Full Stories Go Here? Maybe, we aren't sure what this'll do to the main channel. Provided it can grow on its own and kind of exist as an Archive, we'll continually upload. If this begins to damage the main channel, we'll see what we decide. Honestly, even YouTube doesn't know what this will do to the Main Channels Algorithm, hurt or help it(Our channel is weird and doesnt fall into ANY of their templates). I'm hoping they just kind of become separate entities.
-Will you ever shut down the main channel? Nope, Firstly thats our brad and butter, it supports the dozens of creative projects we work on. Secondly, if this takes off, I can be even more creative over there. So thats what my plans are.
-Will they just be reposts of full stories or are you gonna bless us with some surprise stories if this channel gets enough support? The ORIGINAL idea here is to post the Full Stories here first eventually, New stories like we've started on Comicstorian & the Compilation's before Comicstorian. The concept was post here a week to a month before Comicstorian, then Comicstorian gets it down the road. The reasoning was so that Comicstorian wouldn't be so dependent on the Full Stories to bump numbers on Mondays. I dont know if we'll continue with that plan, but I would assume if this gets enough traction we would go through with that plan.
-Do you prefer DC or Marvel. Depends who is telling the better story at the time, like during DC Dark Knights, I was all DC, during Hickmens X-Men I was collecting everything I could... WAIT This is supposed to answer questions about Comicstorian Full Story!
