Maka bermulalah hari ini 1hb Jun 2026 akta sewa beli (hire purchase) amendment of rule 78 terlaksana. Ape itu amendmentnye?

1. Kadar bunga ditukar kepada Variable rate dan bukan lg fixed rate. Based on effective yield semasa. (Lebih rendah)

2. Maka jika nk langsai settlement baki hutang di bank. Tidak ade lg siap dgn bunga. Nilai setttlement berdasarkan baki principal pd hari settlement tersebut.

3. Amendment akta ini lebih kpd buyers protection.

P/s : Yg loan 9 tahun byr ikot instalment nye jadual bulan2 sampai habis 108 bulan. Tidak dapat manfaat akan amendment akta ini.

Hanya dapat variable rate yg lebih rendah interest nye jika di convert ke fixed rate.
