My 4 Year Physique Transformation👇🏽
Went from 183ish lbs at 19% body fat to 181-185lbs at 12.7% body fat. Stronger, Leaner, and Healthier. My aesthetic is finally starting to show, and it’s only getting better from here.

Getting lean didn’t just change my body it changed my life (here’s how 👇🏽👇🏽)
I used to train harder, eat less, and feel like I was constantly chasing results that never came. But once I learned how to get stronger and leaner by doing less everything shifted. Reverse Pyramid Training became my foundation because it gave me structure, progress, and freedom.
Now I’m leaner, happier, and more confident than ever. My spirit’s stronger, my mind’s clearer, and I don’t feel stuck or depressed like before. Fitness gave me more than a physique it gave me peace.

Update on my Cut!
I’m finally 179.7lbs!
Ngl I’ve been locked in and the biggest things that’s helped me is dialing in my protein and saving my biggest meals for later in the evening. This helps me not crave at night and I feel satisfied with my day when I finish off with a big steak & some vegetables 👏🏽
In addition, I Stick to 2-3 Solid meals that are high in protein and have a moderate amount of Carbs for me (100g-150g of carbs a day)🔥
I then save my last 150-400 calories for something that will satisfy my sweet tooth like a rice crispy treat or even some yogurt with fruit! 🍓

Update on my Cut!🚨
I’m feeling great I’ve been eating between 1500-1800 calories daily , carbs 100-150g and protein about 180g. The biggest thing that’s made a difference in the cut is WALKING 10k steps a day and 30 mins of cardio whether it’s running or the stair stepper!
It’s fun, I don’t feel depleted as much and it’s teaching me a lot about my mental. Cutting doesn’t have to be tough , it just needs to be calculated
Track your Macros
Drink water
STAY away from Ultra processed Sugars
And stay in a caloric deficit 💪🏾🙌🏽

In the gym setting I’ve realized there are people who work hard & there are those who are in here casually and that’s completely fine.
Once you shift your Mind to treating this as your duty and obligation, it makes the hard work feel somewhat easy.
It feels easier because YOU are getting stronger mentally and physically, you’re PAIN threshold increases, life truly gets better!

I just want to be vulnerable with yall & say I’m thankful I’m getting better with sharing my faith and my journey in fitness.
following Jesus and doing all this stuff is not easy and me personally, I mess up a lot when it comes to temptation, hanging with the wrong crowd, glorifying my body etc but I’m so blessed I’m improving daily
-The gym has helped out a TON, getting into bodybuilding has helped my discipline with Jesus
-Surrounding myself Around like minded people
-being grateful for the ups and downs

Ever since I started committing to walking 10k+ steps a day, and lifting heavy 2 to 3X a week along with eating in a pretty aggressive deficit, I’ve started to notice a difference!
Visceral fat is burning off, my legs are getting leaner, and it feels like it’s effortless.
You never realized how much fat you carry in certain areas until it’s gone and then you really can tell the difference
This is my encouragement to you guys that’s on your journey to keep going and track everything you’re eating especially if you’re cutting , this is ALL Calculated Work!
